When a referred owner enrolls and we successfully reduce their property taxes, we collect a fee from the owner based on the savings. Your referral payout is 30% of the fee we collect on that case - not 30% of the owner’s total savings. There is no cap on the number of referrals.

No. The partner program is completely free to join. There are no contracts, no monthly fees, and no minimums. You simply refer owners and earn when we win.

Your choice. Many partners prefer a warm intro and then we handle the rest - all communication, analysis, and the appeal process go directly through us. We can also provide a referral link owners can use on their own. Either way, you stay in the loop.

If our analysis doesn’t show meaningful savings potential, we tell the owner that upfront and recommend not appealing. No one pays anything. Our model is no-win, no-fee - for the owner and for you.
